Update... hmmm... slept good last night, horrible two nights prior. I am taking a huge look at PACING. Learning how, applying it, and putting it visually on a calendar so I can SEE the commitments I'm making and learn what my patterns are.
GOD IS GOOD!!! We received help once again ... two days in a row. For my medication and our insurance and received food donations. We are blessed so much.
I met a man yesterday at the pharmacy whose wife has chosen not to continue with chemo. We had a wonderful conversation and I told him, "It's everyday I say to myself, it's not cancer." He was moved by MY struggle and his wife has cancer. Baffles me. I may end up going over to sing and entertain their family to help get their minds off things and give encouragement. He is putting me on his mother's prayer group's list. How sweet! You never know what divine appointments await. Please pray for C & B. They also have lost their home, received money from family and traveled around the country to no avail. Debt is high and he can't find a teaching job in our county. God bless them.
Lord, give me ears to hear what I'm missing, eyes to see my blindspots, humility to accept my brokenness and offer it to you, and boldness to speak what you would have me say.
