Ending the year with a bang

first house signing two years ago. Hair experiment no.6.
Well the time has come for us to reunite with the Stevens Family in Philadelphia. And then adjourn to JohnsHopkins for a highly anticipated, largely hopeful, neurosurgery experience for the left quadrant of my upper body. Surgeries discussed are brachial plexus/auxillary/ulnar release, sympathectomy in left leg, ganglionectomy in left neck for starters. This should eleviate the pain and Erb's Palsy of my left side. Then the most important and well-known, face-lift and breast augmentation followed by prolonged tummy tuck... Just kidding of course.

I dream about running again without pain, about walking on the beach with Todd and climbing the rocks over the ocean without spasms and burning shocks. I dream of waking u p without feeling you were burned alive the night before , with everything stinging.

Perhaps I will sleep with sheets touching my legs again. it's been almost 3 years. Wow.
Thank you for praying for me. Humor helps keep down the anxiety.
I'll be operated on 12/6 and be in the hospital for 2-3 days. Alyssa and Austin will be homeschooled by the great Auntie Bridget and Auntie Stephanie as my parents bring me to Baltimore for the procedures and return.
